Ministry of Agriculture Release Legislative Changes

On August 9, 2016, the Ministry of Agriculture announced the development of new legislation estalbishing that landowners in the Agricultural Land Reserve will not need approval from the Agricultural Land Commission to host specific activities like commercial weddings, concerts or non agriculture related commercial activities where they satisfy certain conditions as set out in the new Regulation.
