Adoption of Northern Community Bylaw

The BC Inspector of Municipalities approved the proposed changes to the Northern Community Sewer Service Area Development Cost Charges (DCC) bylaw 1442 in February 2023 and the bylaw was adopted by the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) Board April 11, 2023 (https://rdn-pub.escribemeetings.com/FileStream.ashx?DocumentId=29607 (agenda) and https://rdn-pub.escribemeetings.com/FileStream.ashx?DocumentId=29647 (minutes)). The new consolidated bylaw will be posted on the RDN website once it is available.
