Public Consultation Meetings Complete

The scheduled public consultation meeting for reviewing proposed changes to the Development Cost Charges (DCC) bylaws and the DCC rates was held on May 19, 2022 for Nanaimo and Lantzville, and on May 20, 2022 for Parksville, Qualicum Beach and French Creek. No comments requiring further review of the proposed changes were received about either bylaw amendment. The bylaw amendments will now go to the Board for third reading, after which they will be submitted to the Inspector of Municipalities for review.
