Alternative Approval Process is required for regional parkland exchange
Before the Parkland Exchange Agreement can proceed, the electors must approve "Regional District of Nanaimo Little Qualicum River Regional Park Exchange Bylaw No. 1859."
This will be done through an Alternative Approval Process (AAP) that will run from October 26 - November 28, 2022.
