The Alternative Approval Process to authorize funding for the Nanoose Bay Reservoir Improvement Project has received sufficient opposition from residents to not move forward with proposed borrowing. This information was presented to the RDN Board at the November 12, 2024 Board meeting. Alternate means of funding the necessary infrastructure that was the subject of this borrowing will be identified as part of the RDN's 2025-2029 Financial Plan
