Draft Zone Available for Public Review

A draft Comprehensive Development Zone is available for public review and comment in the document library. Comments and questions on the draft zone are welcome until 4:30 pm on June 15th. After this date, staff will work with the applicant in response to public input which may result in amendments to the draft zone. Staff will also draft a report to introduce the proposed Bylaw for consideration of 1st and 2nd reading.

After June 15th, the public may continue to submit questions and comments which will be considered and presented to the Board at a later date at the same meeting that the report of the pubic hearing is received.
