The RDN has received a zoning amendment application for a parcel located on SpringhillRoadin Electoral Areas G and F. The applicant proposes to rezone the Electoral Area G portion of the subject property from Rural 1 (RU1) to Industrial 1 (IN1) to permit Light Industry, Heavy Equipment Display, and Residential Use.
The applicant is not proposing to develop at this time. As a result, no specific site plan has been provided. If approved, the requested zoning amendment would allow the property owner to establish any of the uses permitted in the IN1 zone.
