Public Hearing - October 12, 2023

A public hearing for the zoning amendment of 1788 Fielding Road will be held on Thursday October 12, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Cranberry Fire Hall, 1555 Morden Road, Nanaimo (South Wellington). The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to rezone the property from Residential 2 (RS2) to Industrial 1 (IN1) Zone. If adopted, this amendment bylaw will allow warehousing buildings on the property. All persons who consider their interest in their property to be affected by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in person or by written submission at the public hearing.
